ITEM: cypress knees are a unique organic structure that forms above the roots of cypress trees and extend vertically above the soil. Cutting knees to create polished wooden sculptures was popularized in the mid 20th century (50's-60's) and has been proven to not affect or permanently damage the tree.
SIZE: 18" tall, base is 5" x 6.5", shape and dimensions vary throughout due to organic form.
